I typically see clients once a week for a 50-minute session. Some clients prefer meeting less frequently. Some prefer to schedule longer sessions. This is a mutually determined course-of-action. It is also based on the individual needs of each client.

The length of treatment, or number of sessions, will vary depending on the challenges you are facing.
